Michael graduated from a degree in Sport Rehabilitation at St Mary’s College in Twickenham in 2001. Following two years of private work he then lectured in Sport Rehabilitation for three years before joining Sport Dimensions as Rehabilitation Director in 2006. In 2004 he completed a Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Nottingham University. He has worked in National League Hockey as well as professional rugby league with London Skolars and Harlequins RL. Michael is also a member of the executive committee of the Bristish Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT) and sits on the editorial board of Sport Ex Dynamics. He is also an instructor for Performance Stability Ltd where he presents both in the UK and Europe.
