How we do it?


We analyse the movement of each athlete and based on their biomechanics, the weaknesses and the sport we develop a Speed Development Programme.

In The Acceleration® six-week programme, we strengthen specific muscles that deliver quick forward, lateral and backward motion. You will maintain sprint velocity longer as your body recovers more efficiently from the acids and enzymes released during quick, intense efforts.
Equally important are lasting, beneficial changes that will make your neuromuscular system more efficient in competitive play. Specific nerves will be conditioned to activate fast and forceful muscle response.

Years of research and development, which continues today, have resulted in several highly specialized, patented tools and supervised training protocols. The scientifically designed programs have three objectives: to make the athlete as efficient as possible to find a balance between different muscles and to make them faster.

These unique protocols were developed to improve overall athletic performance and specifically target improvements in:
