Your initial assessment will take up to 60 minutes, and if time will involve some treatment. Depending on your needs further physiotherapy treatment sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, and rehabilitation sessions are 60 minutes. Your physiotherapist will discuss with you the most appropriate treatment plan to resolve your symptoms and achieve your goals.

Do I need a referral?
Self paying – you can make an appointment directly with us without a referral
Medical insurance – many insurance policies request that your GP or Specialist refers you for Physiotherapy. If you wish to claim for your physiotherapy through your medical insurance please contact them for an authorisation code. When booking your appointment please provide your membership number and authorisation code.

24 Hour cancellation policy
Please be aware that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. All patients are liable for the full cost of the appointment if you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. The cost of late cancellations cannot be claimed through your medical insurance.
Payment
Sport Dimensions is registered with all major health insurance companies. You will be required to cover any shortfall in costs not covered by your insurance policy.
To secure your booking you must provide debit/credit card details. No payment will be taken without notification. All major credit/debit cards are accepted, excluding American Express.
If your medical insurance is with AXA PPP or Bupa we will invoice them directly for the cost of your treatment. Please pay any excess directly to Sport Dimensions.
For all other insurance companies please pay for your treatment and we will provide you with a paid invoice to enable you to claim the money back.
If you do not have insurance there are several options that we offer to suit your needs. You can pay per session, or make advance payments for blocks of treatment at discounted rates.
